Configuring the Email Notification Settings for Open Assessment Tasks

Overview

This configuration defines when and how frequently task assignees are reminded about open tasks assigned to them, so they can complete tasks on time or before the assessment transitions to the next stage.

This configuration is available to users with admin privileges only.
Configuring Open Task Reminder Notifications

From the left side of the page, hover the mouse over the Assessment Manager icon, and then navigate to Admin (1) > Account Configurations (2).

On the Account Configurations tab, go to the Open Tasks section (3), and then set Frequency to Never, Daily, Periodically, or Weekly. Never is the factory default.

📋 Frequency options
If Daily is selected, specify the time of day the email notification should be sent.
If Daily, Periodically, or Weekly is selected, you can consolidate all open task reminders into a single email by enabling the Consolidate reminders checkbox.

In the Main Recipients field, the Task Assignee is selected by default. You can also add the Task Creator as a primary recipient.

In the Secondary Recipients (CC) field, select Task Assignee as a secondary recipient. Click Search and look up the assignee's name.

📋 Note: The same assessment role or user cannot appear in both the Main Recipients and Secondary Recipients (CC) fields. Each role or user can only be set as either a main or secondary recipient.

Click Save to apply the changes.
