Editing a Task
To view or edit a task, click its name on the Tasks page. Whether you can edit a task depends on your user role.
If you have permission to edit the task, the Edit Task window lets you update the Summary, Priority, Due Date, and Description, and reassign the task to a different user. Note that the task Creator and the assessment it was initially associated with (1) cannot be changed.

Depending on your user role, you may add comments and attachments to a task. Click Add Comment (2), enter your comment, add any optional attachments, and click Save (3) to submit. Click Cancel (4) to discard.
You can delete or edit your own comment at any time by clicking the Delete or Edit icon next to its header. To reply to another user's comment, click the Reply icon.
You can send a comment to any person — even if they are not associated with the task — by placing their email address inside
[~ ]at the beginning of the comment. For example:To tag multiple recipients, list all addresses before the comment text:
The system sends an email to every tagged address containing the task name, description, and your comment — even if the recipients are not in the system. Recipients can reply to the email and their responses will automatically appear as new comments in the task's comments area.
