Configuring Assessment Task Permissions

Overview

Task permissions define whether task assignees can mark a task directly as complete, or must first submit it for approval by the assessment approver.

This task is available to users with admin role privileges only.
Configuring Task Permissions

From the left side of the page, hover the mouse over the Assessment Manager icon, and then navigate to Admin (1) > Permissions (2).

On the Permissions tab, go to the Assessment Roles section, and then click the Edit icon to the right of Task Assignee.

Select one of the following task permissions.

Mark as Complete — Factory default. Task assignees can mark the task as complete directly, without requiring approval from the assessment approver.
Submit for Approval — Task assignees submit the task for approval instead. The assessment approver then reviews it and marks it as complete or incomplete.

Click Save.
