Configuring the Email Notification Settings for Task Comments in Assessment Manager

Overview

When a comment is added to a task, the system automatically sends an email notification to the configured recipients. The Assessment Owner is the factory default recipient.

From the left side of the page, hover the mouse over the Assessment Manager icon, and then navigate to Admin (1) > Account Configurations (2).

On the Account Configurations tab, go to the Comments on Tasks section (3).

Set Frequency (4) to Daily, Never, Periodically, or Instantly. Daily is the factory default.

📋 Note: If Daily is selected, specify the time of day the email notification should be sent.

In the Main Recipients field (5), select the primary recipients of the email notification. Recipients can be any active user or users in any of the following assessment roles: Assessment Owner, Approver, Participant, Assessment Creator, or Respondent.

In the Secondary Recipients (CC) field (6), select any users or roles that are not directly involved with the task but should be kept informed.
📋 Note: The same assessment role or user cannot appear in both the Main Recipients and Secondary Recipients (CC) fields. Each role or user can only be set as either a main or secondary recipient.

Click Save to apply the changes.
