When employees leave the company or transfer to another department, you can bulk-reassign their current assessment roles and tasks to one or more other system users.
⚠ Note: This feature is available to users with admin role privileges only.
Reassigning Roles and Tasks in Bulk

From the left side of the page, hover the mouse over the Assessment Manager icon, and then navigate to Admin (1) > Role Reassignment (2).

On the Role Reassignment tab, select Inactive Users (default) or Active Users (3) depending on the status of the user whose roles you want to reassign.

From the user list, find the employee whose roles or tasks you want to reassign, and then click Edit (4).
The role reassignment popup opens.
📋 Note: The Roles column (5) shows the roles the user is assigned to, and the Number of Assessments column (6) shows how many assessments are associated with each role.

Check the checkbox to the left of each assessment role you want to reassign in bulk.

Click Reassign, and then select the active user you want the roles reassigned to.

Click Reassign to apply the changes.
