Important notice
The Classic Experience will be sunset on
Aug. 1.
If you have questions, contact your Customer Success and Implementation Manager,
Account Manager, or
support@trustarc.com.
The Tasks page lets you review and filter all tasks in the system. To access it, hover the mouse over the Assessment Manager icon and select Tasks and Issues (1) > All Tasks (2).
The Tasks page shows all tasks you have access to. Depending on your user role, the list may show only your own tasks or also tasks assigned to other users.
Use the controls at the top of the page to filter the list:
(3)Task Type
— filter by task type (see the task type descriptions below).
(4)Record Type
— filter by record type.
(5)Task Priority
— filter by Low, Medium, or High priority.
(6)Associated Assessment
— filter by a specific assessment (if applicable).
(7)My Tasks
— check to show only tasks assigned to you.
(8)Include Completed Tasks
— check to include past completed tasks, which are hidden
by default.
(9)Export Tasks as CSV
— exports the current filtered task list as a .csv
file.
Task Types
When filtering by Type (3), the following options are available:
Survey — all
System Tasks
automatically created for respondents to answer their assigned
questions in a published assessment.
Acceptance — all
system tasks automatically created for
approvers
to review respondent answers before the assessment can progress
to
Review Complete state.
Remediation — all
Remediation Tasks,
either created manually by approvers to address issues or
triggered automatically as Auto Tasks if configured in the
Assessment Template.
Approval — all system
tasks automatically created for approvers to approve the
assessment once it moves into Pending Approval state.
📋 About Manual Tasks in the list
Manual Tasks
appear differently from system-generated tasks. They are
always created by a specific user rather than by the system,
they may not be associated with any particular assessment,
and they can be expanded directly in the task list
(13) to view their description and to add
comments and attachments. Manual tasks must always be explicitly
marked as complete.
