Easily action on risk with the new  AI Risk

Benefits

This new AI Risk feature allows you to view and action on your risk management activities. You can easily:

  • Understand your AI Risk by leveraging our AI Risk algorithm and automation to identify when a record is at risk and determine the severity of that risk for the EU AI Act and other regulations.

  • Assess and mitigate AI risk by automating a pre-built AI Risk Assessment to gain a comprehensive understanding of your organization’s true AI risk.

  • Demonstrate AI risk compliance by leveraging our comprehensive AI Risk report to demonstrate compliance

Details

In this release, an AI Risk subtab is added to the Risk & Assessments tab of the following Hub records:

  • System
  • Business Process
  • Third Party
  • Company Entity

The screenshot below shows the AI Risk subtab within the Risk & Assessments tab of a system record.

From the AI Risk subtab, you can do the following:

  • Review the AI Risk score — This automatically calculates a risk score for each of your system and business process records.

  • Complete an  AI Risk assessment — This allows you to kick-off a pre-built AI Risk assessment.

  • Download the AI Risk report — This provides you with a residual risk score and adequate reporting to demonstrate AI Risk compliance.

More clarity on residual risk scoring

Benefits

This allows users to better understand when a record’s residual risk score is marked as “Not Required” due to an automation rule with the condition “Do not complete an assessment”.

For more information, learn more about Automation Rules, a conditional logic feature that can help you further take a risk-based approach and save time.

Details

In this release, the Residual Risk column is updated when an automation rule for “Do not complete an assessment” is enabled.

Particularly:

  • When an automation rule is created with the condition “Do not complete an assessment,” the Residual Risk column now displays “Not Required”.

  • Additionally, this explanation is added to the new Residual Risk score:

Based on your Automation Rule Settings, an assessment does not need to be completed for this record, and the residual risk score cannot be determined.”

  • A Settings icon is also added next to “Not Required” that redirects users to the Automation Rules Settings page.
