Added Organization Unit Types in both All Records and Company Records tabs
Benefits
Allows users to easily identify whether the records in the All Records and Company Records tabs on the data inventory list page is a business unit or a department.
Details
In this release, the following organization unit types are added in both the All Records and Company Records tabs of the Data Inventory page:
- Business Unit
- Department
NOTE: You must have access to Organization Hierarchy to create these types of org units.
If you open the Department or Business Unit from the All Records or Company Records tab, you will be redirected to the read-only Details tab of the record. If you want to edit the details of the entity, click Edit Company Info. The system will redirect you to Organization Hierarchy.
The following filters are also added in the Filter menu of both tabs:
- Business Unit Name
- Department Name

In this release, the following features on the business process record page will be updated/added:
- Updated the Assess hyperlink
- Added the Risk Report and Data Transfer Risk Report to the report section of the ellipsis menu on the business process record page (template 1 & 2 only)
- Updated the Data Transfer Risk column
Sending Emails through Atlas

Details
Emails are currently sent directly to email servers from TrustArc applications. In this release, the system will send emails to the Notifications (Alerts) applications, which will then send the email. This will show the message in the bell icon along the top of all applications, and you will have a visible history of the notifications within the Notifications page.
