Bulk AI Creation
Benefits
Saves time and effort to create third party and system records.
Details
In this release, users will have a way to import a list of third party and system records (just the name) and then use AI Autofill to complete the details for each record. When the list of names is imported, a record is created for each name on the import file and the details tab of that record is completed.
When the user clicks the AI Record Creation option, this modal appears.
Here’s a sample AI Record Creation modal where multiple records are filled up:
After clicking the AI Autofill Search button, this modal appears showing the data found for the records.
Users can then click the Create Records button to create the records in their Data Inventory. Note that before creating the records, users can click the View button to specify which fields to use for the new record.
Data Discovery Partnerships Page
Benefits
This allows users to learn more about the different companies/solutions that they can avail to streamline their Data Inventory Hub records.
Details
In this release, the new Data Discovery Partnership page is added to the Data Discovery tab.
In this page, users can also contact the Sales team by clicking the Contact Our Sales Team button and filling up the necessary fields.
Added logos to the Data Inventory listing page
Benefits
Improves user experience.
Details
In this release, logos in the Inventory listing pages are added. The logo images are smaller to fit within the listing page row. Logos are shown as the first column (to the right of the checkbox), without a header, and cannot be removed.

Added Risk Indicator column
Benefits
Allows users to easily add risk indicators per record on both Data Inventory and Business Processes listing pages.
Details
In Risk Profile, we have a Risk Indicator field on the Risk Profile list page, allowing users to select labels from a drop-down menu. In this release, a Risk Indicator column is added to both the data inventory and business process record list pages. This new column is not selected/displayed by default.
Added Data Transfer Risk Countries column to CSV exports

In this release, a new Data Transfer Risk Countries column is added to the Data Inventory and Business Process record CSV exports. The new column contains a list of the countries and their risk level (For example: Egypt: High, United States: Medium, Canada: Low, Egypt: High).
