Added the Risk & Assessments tab to the Business Process Record
Benefits
This allows you to review the Risk and Data Transfer Risk scores for the business process record and complete the recommended assessments.
Details
In this release, a new Risk & Assessments tab is added in the business process record.
This tab is divided into three sections:
Risk Summary
This section displays the record’s inherent risk score, risk assessment status, and residual risk score.
Under the Review Inherent Risk Score column, when the Review Score button is clicked, this inherent risk pop-up modal appears where you can do the following:
- Review the Risk Factors
- Define the Inherent Risk
- Explain your Risk Score Selection
Under the Complete Risk Assessment column, if a risk assessment has not been created for the record, a Start Assessment button appears.
When the Start Assessment button is clicked, an assessment type pop-up modal that corresponds to the Risk Assessment appears, such as this one shown below.
If the risk assessment is in Approved state, Change Assessment and View Assessment buttons appear.
Under the Review Residual Risk Score & Download Report column, you can download a risk report by clicking the Download Risk Report button.
Data Transfer Risk Summary
This section displays the record’s data transfer risk score, data transfer risk assessment status, and data transfer risk residual score.
Under the Review Data Transfer Risk Score column, when the Review Score button is clicked, a pop-up modal appears displaying the data transfer country names and the data transfer risk score for each country.
Under the Complete Data Transfer Risk Assessment column, if a data transfer risk assessment has not been created for the record, a Start Assessment button should appear. When the Start Assessment button is clicked, an assessment type pop-up modal that corresponds to the Data Transfer Risk Assessment appears. If the data transfer risk assessment is in Approved state, Change Assessment and View Assessment buttons appear.
Under the Data Transfer Residual Risk Score & Download Report column, you can download the risk report by clicking the Download Risk Report button. The Download Risk Report button is only active when a risk report is available.
Assessments
This section, which allows you to create assessments, contains status charts at the top that show how many assessments in the list are in Open, In Progress, Pending Approval, Failed,and Approved states.
When the Create Assessment button is clicked, a pop-up modal appears that allows you to select one of the recommended assessments to start an assessment.

In this release, the name of the assessments tab of the system record is changed from “Assessments” to “Risk & Assessments”.
In this newly named tab, the same updates to the Risk & Assessments tab of the business process record are also applied.

In this release, scan websites are added to the Third Party Data Discovery viewer and editor. Scan websites are also shown in the normal Inventory Third Party editors if there is content.
