Feature Details

AI Record Creation (CSV Import)

Details

In this release, a CSV Import option will be added to the bulk AI Record Creation modal.

After clicking the Import CSV button, this Import popup modal appears with the following subtext:

"Use the CSV import tool to create third party and system records. Start by downloading the CSV import templates, or download a sample template to review format requirements."

NOTES:

  • Users will be able to import CSV with two required fields:
    • Record Name
    • Record Type (Third Party or System)
  • When users click Create Records, the selected records are then added to their data inventory.

Location is an optional field for base records

Details

In this release, the location field will become optional in the following areas of Hub except company affiliates and existing business process forms and questionnaires where it is marked as required. 

  • System hosting locations (Inventory & Business Processes
  • Third Party records
  • Data Subject locations on systems records and System Selection records
  • Systems, Recipients, and Subjects in Build Data Flow

Records Exchange updates

Details

In this release, the following updates will be implemented on the Records Exchange page:

  • Remove hosting locations from the System details page 
  • Remove hosting locations from the Third Party details page 
  • Change the default number of squares to 12 so that 10 display on the page 
  • Change pagination drop-down to be values that are visible by 4 
  • Hide Data Collection Tab on System Record Exchange

Added sub-tabs to the Risk & Assessments tabs

Details

In this release, the following sub-tabs are added to the Risk & Assessments tab on all records.

  • Data Processing Risk
  • Data Transfer Risk

The screenshot below shows the new sub-tabs added to the Risk & Assessments tab of a system record. The instruction on the top of the tab is updated as well to align with the updated terminologies.

Added two new columns to Hub list pages

Details

In this release, the following columns are added to both Business Processes and Data Inventory list pages. These columns are not selected by default.

  • Inherent Risk Justification
  • Selected Assessment Template

The new columns are also added to the column configuration as well as to the .csv exports and .csv configuration tool.
