Details

In this release, the following updates on the system record page will be deployed:

Ellipsis Menu Updates

Added the Assess hyperlink. When users click the ellipsis menu to the right of the system record, they can select the Assess hyperlink to start assessing the record.

When the Assess hyperlink is clicked, the start risk assessment/data transfer risk assessment/other assessment type pop-up modal should display (the same pop-up modal that displays when the user clicks “Create Assessment” from the Assessment section of the Risk & Assessments tab).

Column Updates

  • Updated the hyperlink within the Inherent Risk and Residual Risk score columns redirecting users to the Risk & Assessments tab within the System Record.
  • Added column called Data Transfer Inherent Risk. In this column, the data transfer risk score is displayed. When the score is clicked, the data transfer risk country score pop-up modal appears.
  • Added a Data Transfer Tasks column and put the status of the assessment tasks.
  • Added a Data Transfer Residual Risk column and displayed the residual risk score.
  • Added all new columns to the .csv export options.
  • Supported sorting and filtering for new columns.

Added two new filter options to the Business Process listing page

In this release, the following two new filter options are added to the business process listing page:

  • Data Transfer Inherent Risk
  • Data Transfer Residual Risk

Logo is automatically updated when website URL is entered

Benefits

Allows you to upload the logo in the Upload Logo field of the third party or system record by just entering the website URL in the new Website URL field.

Details

In this release, the following updates will be deployed:

  • A website URL field is added to the system record (system record, record exchange-system record).
    • Added URL to csv import and export file. When customers import a file, logos should populate.
  • If there isn’t already a logo and a user adds a website URL, the logo field is auto-populated.
  • This functionality is added to all third party and system records:
    • Third Party Discovery;
    • Record Exchange;
    • Data Inventory Entities:
      • Third Party;
      • System (requires adding Website field);
      • In Business Process – Data Inventory Entities creation/update;
      • In Business Process Forms – Data Inventory Entities creation/update.
  • For existing records that have a website URL, the logo field is autofilled.

Third Party Discovery: Alert & Email Notification

Benefits

Users receive email notifications when third parties are created within the third party discovery page.

Details

In this release, users with third party discovery + that have the ability to create third party records will receive an email notification once one or more third parties are created within the third party discovery page within the last 24 hours.

This email notification uses the same email template as with other notifications.

Added Data Transfer Inherent Risk and Residual Risk to the Inventory Listing page and CSV export files

In this release, if the logged in user has access to Risk Profile and the user exports a business process record / data inventory record, then the exported csv file should include the Data Transfer Inherent Risk column.

Other changes:

  • Added 2 new columns to the Inventory “All Records” and “System Records” tabs:
    • Data Transfer Inherent Risk
    • Data Transfer Residual Risk
  • Added this new column to the It System export CSV:
    • Data Transfer Inherent Risk
  • Added this new column to the Primary Entity, Business Unit, Department, Company Affiliate and Third Party export CSVs:
  • Data Transfer Inherent Risk
  • Added 2 filters to all tabs of the Data Inventory listing page (under “Additional Filters” in All Records):
    • Data Transfer Inherent Risk
      • Data Transfer Residual Risk

Added website column in the CSV import templates

In this release, a website column in CSV static templates which users can download from Data Inventory list pages (as shown below) is added.

Added Data Transfer Assessment Tasks and Risk Assessment Tasks columns to the Business Process list page

Details

In this release, Data Transfer Assessment Tasks and Risk Assessment Tasks columns are added to the Business Process list page. Currently, these columns already exist on the Data Inventory List pages.

NOTES:

  • Users should be navigated to the Tasks section for the record on Assessment Manager in a new tab.
  • If there are no tasks, then None is displayed in the columns and click is disabled.

AI Autofill

Benefits

Faster data inventory record creation.

Details

After this release, an AI will be utilized to streamline the autofill process for system and third-party record information.When a user enters a sufficient amount of information in a System or Third Party record, they can enable an AI Autofill button to autofill the remaining fields on the Details tab of the record.
