In this release, the following updates to the company affiliate record will be implemented:

Changed that name of the tab from Assessments to Risk & Assessments (1)

Added instructions to the tab (2)
“Review the Risk Scores and proceed to complete the recommended assessments for the Business Process and System Records owned by this Company Entity.”

Added the risk summary and data transfer risk summary sections to the Risk & Assessments tab
Risk Summary section
Review Inherent Risk Score box
In the Review Inherent Risk Score box:

The inherent risk score is displayed.

The Review Score button is added.

If either system or business process records are associated with the company entity record, the Business Process Score or System Score option is enabled.
- And when clicked, after selecting a system or business process record from a dropdown list, the Review Inherent Risk Score pop-up modal is displayed.

If either system or business process records are associated with the company entity record, the Business Process Score or System Score option is enabled.
Complete Risk Assessment box
In the Complete Risk Assessment box, the Start Assessment button with drop-down is displayed.
If there are no business process or system records associated with the company entity, then the “Business Process Assessment” or “System Assessment” option is disabled. When enabled and clicked, a pop-up modal is displayed where you can select a business process or system record and then start an assessment.
NOTE: If assessment is already created, you have the ability to view or change the assessment.
Review Residual Risk Score & Download Report box
In the Review Residual Risk Score & Download Report box, the Download Risk Report button and drop-down is added.
- If any of the options is clicked, a pop-up modal that allows you to select a business process or system record from a drop-down menu is displayed.

Once selected, the residual risk score is displayed for that record and you will have the ability to download the report if one is available.
Data Transfer Risk Summary section
Review Inherent Risk Score box
- The data transfer inherent risk score is displayed.

The Review Score button is added. If either system or business process records are associated with the company entity record, the Business Process Score or System Score option is enabled.

When either option is clicked, the Review [Business Process System] Data Transfer Risk pop-up modal is displayed. Note that a drop-down menu to the top of the pop-up modal lists only the business process or system records that are associated with the company entity.
- Once a business or system record is selected from the drop-down modal, the data transfer countries in the modal are displayed.

Complete Data Transfer Risk Assessment box
- The assessment status is displayed.

The Start Assessment button and drop-down is displayed. The Business Process Assessment or System Assessment option is enabled only if the company entity owns at least one business process or system record.

When either option is clicked, the data transfer assessment pop-up modal is displayed.

- At the top of the pop-up modal, a drop-down menu listing only the business process or system records that are associated with the company entity is added.
- Once you select the business process or system record that you would like to assess, the data transfer risk assessment options are displayed in the modal.
- If assessment is already created, you have the ability to view or change the assessment.
- At the top of the pop-up modal, a drop-down menu listing only the business process or system records that are associated with the company entity is added.
Review Data Transfer Residual Risk Score & Download Report box
- The Data Transfer Residual Risk score is displayed.
- The Download Risk Report button is added. This button is only enabled if one or more of the owned business process or system records has a report available for download.

When the button is clicked, a pop-up that allows users to select a business process or system record from the drop-down menu is displayed.
