- This update is also applied in all other instances where users are allowed to create a system record (business process form, business process questionnaire, etc.).
Added a Subjects & Recipients tab to the System Record

In this release, a new Subjects & Recipients tab is added to the System record. This replaces the old Data tab.
The screenshot below shows the Subjects & Recipients tab of the newly-designed system record.
In this tab, users can:
- Select the number of data subjects whose data is being processed by the system.
- Add data subjects.
- Add data recipients.

In this release, a new Data & Controls tab is added to the System record. This replaces the old Data tab.
The new tab of the newly-designed system record is divided into three sections:

Data Elements & Data Retention Period — Where users can select data elements and the data retention period for the system record by indicating how long the system will store and utilize the data.

Processing Purposes — Where users can select and/or add processing purposes for the system record.

Security Controls — Where users can select security controls for the system record.
Updated the Assessments tab of the System Record

In this release, the Assessment tab of the system record is updated. The screenshot below shows the Assessments tab of the newly-designed system record.
This redesigned tab, which allows users to create assessments, contains status charts at the top of the page that show how many assessments in the list are in Open, In Progress, Pending Approval Approved, and Failed states.
By default, only 10 assessment records are displayed on the first page. Users can use the Search Assessment Name field to quickly locate a record not shown on the first page, or they can click the next page to see more. All table columns are sortable.
NOTE: Users must have access to the Assessment Manager to be able to create an assessment. When Create Assessments is clicked, the Create Assessment page opens in a new browser tab.
Added a Contacts tab to the System Record

This new tab allows users to add the system record’s external and internal contacts.
The following modal appears after the user clicks the Add External Contacts button.

Users can click the Edit or Delete icon to edit or delete an existing contact. They can use the Search field to quickly locate a contact not shown on the first page. By default, only 10 records are displayed.
