New Features

Ability to not store certain Request fields in IRM and use these fields only for Identity Verification
Description: Admins now have an option to mark certain intake form fields as “not store” while editing intake forms. These are sensitive fields used only for IDology identity verification and not stored in IRM.

 
APIs to create Requests
Description: IRM now supports APIs to create requests. For more information, please refer to User guide.
 
Ability to change assignees on a Request
Description: IRM now allows current assignees of the request and Admins to change assignee(s) on a request.


 
Record IDology response in the Request
Description: IRM now records response from IDology in the Request in comments section.


 
Ability to set notification settings when request is due
Description: Admins can now set notification settings in the ‘Settings’ page to send reminders to DPOs assigned to the requests and to Admins when a request is due. Currently notifications can be enabled separately for Admins and DPOs when request is due in 7 days, 1 day and the last day (0).
 


 

 
Notify Request Assignees when all tasks assigned to a request are completed
Description: IRM now sends an email notification to Request assignees when all tasks under that request are completed.
 
Support for {Request Type} macro in New Request email template
Description: Email Template New Request now support {Request Type} macro.

 
Logos are not mandatory in Landing Pages and Email Templates
Description: IRM does not mandate logos in Email Templates and Landing Pages.

 
New Landing Page for the message shown to Data Subjects during Identity Verification
Description: IRM now supports a new Landing Page “ID Verification in Progress” under category “Success Submission”. This is used as the landing page shown while carrying our IDology Verification for a Data Subject after the request is submitted.
