Features
Evident ID integration
Description: IRM now supports Evident ID integration. Evident ID is an identity verification solution to verify Data Subjects’ identity using government-issued ID and selfies. Evident ID integration can be enabled per intake form basis. When this integration is enabled, after the Data Subject submits the request, they are redirected to Evident ID page. Here data subjects enter their phone number and receive a link on their mobile via SMS. This link allows data subjects to take a picture of the government-issued ID, take a selfie and upload these images. Based on this information, Evident ID completes the identity verification and notifies IRM of the results.

External Users support
Description: IRM now supports assigning tasks, task templates, and subtasks to external users. In addition to this functionality, external users can be commented at using @ in Request/Task/Subtask comments. External users are emails that do not have IRM login access. This feature is typically used to notify Vendors and partners of their share of work for the request.
Ability to add Systems from Data Inventory Hub in Task/Subtask/Task Templates
Description: IRM allows adding IT Systems from Data Inventory Hub in ‘IT System’ filed of Task Templates, Tasks, and Subtasks. Further, if these IT systems have an email as a contact, the task template/task/subtask is assigned to this email. This email can be a system user or an external user.
Ability to send reminders to Data Subjects to verify their email
Description: IRM now allows admins to set how often reminders to data subjects can be sent to verify their email. By default, reminders are not sent to Data Subjects.
