Features:

  • External API Support. IRM supports APIs to subscribe to  notifications when requests are created, change the  status, verified, etc. In addition, you can use these APIs  to search requests based on filters, update manual verification status, and upload attachments. Customers can use these APIs to automate processing of the requests.
  • Ability to rearrange list of choices in Intake form’s drop-down (Select) fields. Customers of IRM can now rearrange values in menu form fields alphabetically or in any other order.
  • New Request Type ‘Do Not Sell My Personal Information’. IRM supports a new Request Type ‘Do Not Sell My Information’. Additionally, IRM supports a due in days of 15 for this request type in California.
  • Auto close tasks when a request is completed. When a request is completed, pending tasks associated with the request are auto closed.
  • Data Subject  Type support in `Due In Days`. Customize `Due in Days` for  Data Subject Type along with Jurisdiction and Request Type to better align with regulatory requirements.
  • Mentions Email Templates for External & Internal users. IRM now supports separate `Mentions Email Templates` for internal and external users for Tasks and Requests .
  • Customize column display in Tasks page. IRM now supports the ability to customize columns in Tasks page. Users can click on ‘Configure Columns’ to customize their view, and preferences are saved within a session.

External API Support

Description: IRM supports APIs to do following operations:

  1. Subscribe to Callback notifications whenever request is created, changes status or completes verification based on Request Type, Intake forms, Brands name, DS Type and Jurisdiction.
  2. Fetch request details based on filters such as request ID, Request Type, Intake forms, Brands name, DS Type, Jurisdiction, due date range, created date etc.
  3. Update status of manual verification
  4. Upload an attachment to a Request

Customers can use these APIs to receive notifications regarding requests, pull request data, and do required operations on systems that store data for Data Subjects.

Ability to rearrange (order) drop down menu items

Description: IRM now allows rearranging drop down menu items.

‘Do Not Sell My Personal Information’ Request Type

Description: IRM now supports a new Request Type ‘Do Not Sell My Personal Information’. This is by default disabled in all existing intake forms. This Request Type will have a Due in Days of 15 days in California.

Separate Mentions Email Template support for external and internal users for Tasks and Requests

Description: IRM now supports four separate Mentions email templates to notify external & internal users when they are mentioned in Request and Task comments.
