- Data Subject Name macro support in Email Templates and Landing Pages. IRM now supports a ‘Data Subject Name’ macro in Email Templates and Landing Pages. When this macro is used, the data subject’s full name is auto-populated.
- Enhanced identity verification using Evident ID. IRM now verifies if the name provided by the data subject in the Request matches the name listed on the ID uploaded during identity verification using Evident ID.

Support for downloading Tasks data as a report
Description: IRM allows users to download tasks & subtasks metadata as a report from the My Tasks page. Reports contains fields such as Task ID, Request ID, Task Type, Parent Task ID, Task Name, Task Description, Status, Due in Days, IT System, Priority, Resolution, Assignees, Jira/External ID etc.
Data Subject Name macro support in Email Templates and Landing Pages
Description: IRM now supports Data Subject Name macro in Email Templates and Landing Pages. This macro will have Data Subject’s full name.
Enhanced identity verification using Evident ID
Description: Currently IRM supports identity verification using government-issued IDs and selfies. IRM now verifies that the name provided in the DS Request matches the name in the ID uploaded.
