New Features
Manual Verification
Description: Admins can enable Manual Verification per intake form to better track the stage of the request. If Manual Verification is enabled, requests will have an additional verification process that can be set to “Success/Fail” by DPO Assignees and Admins. If a data subject is not found in your system, you can mark the request as “Fail” and the DPO can send an email to notify the data subject. Requests will be closed after Manual Verification is marked as ‘Fail’.
Custom Subdomain for “From” Email Address
Description: TrustArc Product Release Summary Sheet IRM now allows admins to customize the subdomain in “From” field of email notifications. Customers can set this to “@<customerName>.trustarc.com.
