Comments support in Tasks and Subtasks
Description: IRM supports comments in Tasks and Subtasks. Any internal user can be @ mentioned in these comments. A notification will be sent to these users regarding new comments.
Ability to send attachments to Data Subjects in every email communications
Description: IRM supports sending attachments as links to download the file in all email communications to Data Subjects. Extend Due Date, Request Clarification, Send Email, Process Request all support this feature.
Ability to customize Landing Pages by Request Type
Description: IRM now supports customizing Landing Pages by Request Type. Based on request type, different landing pages can be shown to the data subjects.
Ability to search requests based on Brands
Description: IRM now allows users to search for requests based on Brands specified in the intake form.
Ability to record the website where the request was submitted
Description: IRM records the website where the request was submitted. This is shown in the Request details.
Ability to download request details, emails and activity log as a PDF report
Description: IRM now allows downloading of all details regarding a request as a PDF file. This is supported under Activity Log tab of a request.
Ability to retain attachments up to 7 years
Description: IRM now supports retention periods up to 7 years for Data Subject and internal attachments. This retention period starts after request is closed. Default value will still be 30 days after request is closed. This only pertains to attachments. Request details are never purged from the system (as of now).
Ability to delete attachments uploaded by Data Subjects
Description: Admins and DPO assignees can now delete attachments uploaded by Data Subjects.
Brands filter support in IRM widgets in Dashboard (dashboard.trustarc.com)
Description: IRM widgets in Dashboard now support Brands filter.
New request notification to Admins
Description: IRM now supports a setting to enable/disable notification to Admins whenever a request is verified in the system.
