Release Details

Release Version: v.2.19
Release Date: 09/22/2020
Platform Components: Individual Rights Manager
Additional License Required: Yes, CCM license is needed for Geofencing feature

Executive Summary:

Features:

  • Request Status Labels. To better track the different sub-statuses of customers’ requests, IRM now automatically adds Labels to requests based on the action that has occurred. For example, when a user uploads an attachment to a request, an “Attachment uploaded” label will be added to the request. In addition, customers can also create and customize your own Labels, assign them to requests, and search for requests based on the labels assigned.
  • Date and Date Range fields in Intake Form.  Customers can now collect date and date range from data subjects as IRM now supports 'Date' and 'Date Range' fields in Intake Form.
  • Data collection in Intake Form. Data subjects might go by different names, have multiple emails, or request submission for a household. Customers can now collect additional information from data subjects for the same field. Customers can enable this feature by going to the Intake form, check the 'Multiple Inputs' checkbox for the field of their choice, and specify the maximum number of inputs to gather.
  • Geofencing Data Subject Request Link. Customers who have Cookie Consent Manager can further configure the display of the data subject request link based on the geolocation rules you set. For example, they can choose to display the 'Do Not Sell My Information' link to California users, a 'Data Subject Access Request' link to EU users, and no link to the rest of their users.
  • Filters for Request Page. IRM now supports 'Date Verified', 'Last Updated', and 'Labels' as additional filters when searching for requests.
