Key feature updates include:
- Internal and external stakeholders’ replies to email notifications are recorded as comments in the request. These stakeholders can attach files in their email replies to notifications.

Features
Internal and external stakeholders’ replies to email notifications are recorded as comments in the request. These stakeholders can attach files in their email replies to notifications as well.
Description: IRM supports ability for the stakeholders to reply to internal email notifications. All these replies are recorded as “comments” in the request. Stakeholders
can also attach 3 files up to 25 MB of .pdf, .csv, .xls, .xlsx, .docx, .doc, .txt, .eml file types in their replies.
Ability for Data Subjects to attach files in their replies to email notifications
Description: Data Subjects can now attach files while replying to the email notifications they received. File types .txt, .csv, .doc, .docx, .pdf, .png, .jpg, .jpeg are supported. Three files up to 25 MB per email are supported. Attachments are shown in the request where data subject attachments are displayed.
My Tasks page
Description: IRM supports a new ‘My Tasks’ page where users can view all the tasks that they have access to. Admins can see all the tasks in the system. DPOs can see all the tasks for the requests assigned to them, all tasks for requests where they are @- commented, and all tasks assigned to them. Participants can see all tasks for requests where they are @-commented and all tasks assigned to them.

Ability to extend due date after due date has passed for a request
Description: IRM now allows Admins and DPO assignees to extend the due date for a request even if the due date has passed for a request.

Ability to search requests based on Jurisdiction
Description: IRM supports searching requests based on jurisdiction (Resident Of field).

Ability to create multiple Email Templates for Request Clarification, Verification, Extend Due Date and Internal email types
Description: Admins can now create multiple email templates for all email templates. Each Template type is unique for a given combination of <Language, Request Type, Intake form>.
Ability to save user’s preferences in Request Page within a session
Description: IRM now saves user’s preferences such as configures columns, sort order.
Ability to move between requests in Full View page
Description: Users can now move between the requests using Next and Previous button.
