Label Filter Search Enhancements
Benefits
This enhancement gives users the ability to filter and search for requests that do not contain specific labels.
Details
The Label filter now has a dropdown menu where you can select whether to filter requests that Contain labels and requests that Do not contain labels.
Users can select one or more values in each field from the dropdown menu. The system populates the field value options from the label table for each Data Subject Request. When a user selects a label in the Contain labels field, the system automatically removes that label from the options in the Do not contain labels field, to avoid duplication in both inclusion and exclusion.
Ability to Use Shortened Intake Form URL
Benefits
Users now have the ability to select their preferred intake form URL option.
Details
This enhancement enables users to select between the new Default URL or Short URL checkboxes in the Publish page of intake forms. The Default URL option is enabled by default. When users enable the Short URL option, the system automatically updates the default Intake Form URL to its shortened version.
NOTE: Users are advised to save all existing forms again to enable this feature.

Improved Date Dropdown in Intake Forms
Benefits
The dropdown menu for selecting Year has been enhanced to display all available years for better usability.
Details
Users can now view all available years at once by scrolling in the Year dropdown menu in the intake form to easily navigate through the list.
NOTE: Users are advised to save all existing forms again to enable this feature.
