Ability to Customize Column Name and Order in Reports
Benefits
This enhancement enables users to customize the order of the columns and the name of the columns in their reports.
Details
Users can now customize and rearrange the order of the columns and edit the name of the columns in their reports, except for the Data Subject Details column. When the user executes the report, the customized column names and column order will reflect in the generated CSV report.
Extended Report Download Link Expiration
Benefits
This enhancement extends the report download link expiration to seven days.
Details
The report download link is now valid within seven days instead of the previous three days. All notifications are updated to indicate the new 7-day expiration period.
Support for Placeholder and Helpful Information Text on Date and Phone Number Form Fields
Benefits
The Date and Phone No. form fields in the intake forms now support Default Placeholder Text and Helpful Information Text fields.
Details
Users can now enter a short description of the expected value of the Date and Phone No. form fields in the Default Placeholder Text field. They can also display a help icon or tooltip next to a form field to provide more information by using the Helpful Information Text field. Translations for Default Placeholder Text and Helpful Information Text are supported.
NOTE: The supplemental form is not yet supported for these changes.
