Updated IRM Regulatory Guidance Retrieval
Benefits
This enhancement enables Individual Rights Manager (IRM) to retrieve the Data Subject Request (DSR) guidance directly from Topics to ensure that the information is updated and complete.
Details
The process for retrieving DSR guidance within the IRM module is enhanced by pulling content from Topics. Users can now access the Regulatory Guidance specific to a particular Jurisdiction in the Settings.
IRM also displays the Regulatory Guidance in the Guidance tab of the Activity section on request full view.
Enhanced Notification System Based on User Status

Notifications are now only sent to active users in AAA.
Details
The notification system is updated to improve the accuracy. The system now checks the user’s status before sending the notifications. Users with inactive status in AAA will no longer receive any notifications.
Updated Display Rule Logic with “AND” Condition
Benefits
The display rule functionality is enhanced by adding the ability to set “AND” conditions.
Details
Users can now select “AND” instead of only “THEN” in the Display Rule modal. The default option is “THEN.” When users select “AND,” they have an additional “IF” condition. They can select another form field to see if it meets a second criterion to display the next field. The value for the new “IF” condition can be multi-select, which uses “OR” logic if users select multiple values.
The users may only add the “AND” selection twice. When they reach this limit, the system dynamically hides the “AND” option, retaining only “THEN.” They cannot select fields they previously added. In addition, the “AND” condition is only applicable to dropdown form fields. If the display rule of the intake form in the Form Builder tab has multiple “IF” conditions, the system adds the first and second “IF” condition for fields selected under the main “IF.”
