Creating Updates

Overview

The Updates section in Trust Center allows you to publish news articles, press releases, announcements, and other timely content directly to your Trust Center. Each update includes a title, rich text content, and an optional tag to help visitors find relevant information.

This article explains how to create an update from the Updates tab in the Trust Center Setup menu. If you have configured multiple languages, AI-powered translation is available to translate the update title and content into all configured languages at once.

What you can do

✓Publish news, press releases, or announcements to your Trust Center

✓Tag updates so visitors can filter and find relevant content

✓Edit or delete an existing update from the Updates list

✓Translate update titles and content into all configured languages using AI

Creating an Update

To create an update, follow these steps:

From the Setup section, go to the Updates tab, and then click the Add button.

From the Add Update modal, do the following:

 

•Enter the title of the update or news.

•Enter the content of the update or news.

•Select a tag.

Click Save.

You can edit or delete the update you created by clicking the appropriate icon to its right.

📋 Note: If you have added languages in the Languages setup page, a tab for each added language (1) will appear next to the English language tab. You can click Translate All (2) to translate the update title and content from English to all other languages using AI.
