Creating Tags

 

Overview

Tags allow you to organize and categorize content within your Trust Center. Each tag consists of an image and a title, and can be used to label policies, documents, and other resources so visitors can quickly find what they are looking for.

This article explains how to create a tag from the Tags section of the Trust Center Setup menu. If you have configured multiple languages, the procedure includes steps for translating tag titles using AI-powered translation or by switching to individual language tabs.

Creating a Tag

To create a tag, follow these steps:

From the left side of the page, hover the mouse over the Trust Center icon, and then navigate to Setup > Tags.

From the Tags tab, click Add.
 
Shows the Add button under the Tags tab.

The Add Tag modal appears.

•Click the Image Upload button to upload an image.
•Enter the tag title.
📋 Notes

If you have added languages in the Languages setup tab, a tab for each added language (1) appears next to the English language tab. You can click Translate All (2) to translate the tag title from English to all other languages using AI.
