Overview
Policies are the core content of your Trust Center. Each policy represents a document — such as a Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, or Data Processing Agreement — that you want to publish to your visitors. Policies are made up of one or more Policy Sections, each containing a title and rich text content.
This article covers how to create a policy and how to add policy sections to it. If you have configured multiple languages in your Trust Center, both procedures include steps for translating your content using AI-powered translation or by pasting externally translated text.
What you can do
✓Create a policy with a title, description, and optional expiry date
✓Add one or more policy sections with rich text content
✓Translate policy titles and descriptions into all configured languages using AI
✓Translate individual sections into a specific language or all languages at once
Creating a Policy

From the left side of the page, hover the mouse over the Trust Center icon, and then navigate to Setup > Policies.

Click the Add button, and enter the following policy information:
•Title
•Description
•Effectivity date
📋 Note: The policy description will not appear in the Trust Center page if it has no policy section. To create a policy section, see
Creating a Policy Section.
📋 Notes
If you have added languages in the Languages setup page, a tab for each added language (1) will appear next to the English language tab. You can click Translate All (2) to translate the policy title and description from English to all other languages using AI.

Creating a Policy Section
To create a policy section, follow these steps:

Go to the Policy Sections tab, and then click the Add button.

From the Add Policy Section modal, do the following:
•Enter the policy section title.
•Enter the content of the section.

If you have added languages in the Languages setup page, a tab for each added language (1) will appear next to the English language tab. You can click Translate All (2) to translate the policy section title and content from English to all other languages using AI.
