NOTE: This task is applicable only to users with admin privileges.
1. From the left side of the page, hover the mouse over the Assessment Manager icon, and then navigate to Admin (1) > Permissions (2).
2. To configure the permissions of a particular role on email templates, click the Edit icon (3) to the right of the role.
3. From the Edit Permissions modal, click Email Templates (4), and then configure the permissions for the selected role.

| Create | Allow the user with such a particular role to view and create a custom email template. |
| Delete Any | Allow the user with such a particular role to view and delete any custom email template. |
| Link/Unlink | Allow the user with such a particular role to view and link/unlink the custom email template to an assessment. |
| Update Any | Allow the user with such a particular role to view and update any custom email template. |
| View | Allow the user with such a particular role to view only the custom email templates. |
NOTES:
- All roles, except admin roles, do not have any permissions on email templates by default.
- The View permission is required for all permissions, which means that if it is disabled, all other permissions are automatically disabled.
4. Click Save.
You can click Reset to Default (5) to restore the factory default values.
