Configuring assessment template permissions per role

 
⚠ Note: This task is available to users with admin privileges only.

From the left side of the page, hover the mouse over the Assessment Manager icon, and then navigate to Admin (1) > Permissions (2).

Click the Edit icon (3) to the right of the role whose template permissions you want to configure.

In the Edit Permissions modal, click Custom Assessment Templates (4) and configure the permissions for the selected role.

Select To
Create Allow the user to view and create custom assessment templates.
Delete Any Allow the user to view and delete any custom assessment templates.
Delete Own Allow the user to view and delete custom assessment templates, but only those the user owns.
Link/Unlink Allow the user to view and link or unlink custom assessment templates to an assessment.
Update Any Allow the user to update any custom assessment templates, including those owned by other users.
Update Own Allow the user to update custom assessment templates, but only those the user owns.
View Allow the user to view custom assessment templates.
📋 Notes
If this is your first time configuring permissions for a role, the pre-selected options are the factory default values.
View is required for all other permissions. If View is disabled, all other permissions are automatically disabled.
Delete Any and Delete Own cannot be selected at the same time.
Update Any and Update Own cannot be selected at the same time.

Click Save. To restore factory default values at any time, click Reset to Default (5).
