A question can have one or more Follow-on Conditions that, when satisfied, present additional questions to respondents. Those additional questions can have their own Follow-on Conditions, enabling multi-layered conditional logic.
In the example above, the condition triggers if the respondent selects User Name or Phone Number.
For more complex logic — for example, triggering when {either "User name" OR "Age" are selected} AND "Gender" is selected — add a separate conditions block by clicking Add Another Condition.
The same question can have multiple Follow-on Conditions. In the example below, the question "Do you collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII)?" has two Follow-on Conditions. If the respondent answers Yes, they are presented with "Do you collect any of the following types of data?" — which has a Follow-on Condition of its own.
If the respondent answers No, they move to the question "Do you collect information from children under 13?"
You can drag and drop any question within a Follow-on Condition to reposition it anywhere in the question flow. Click and hold the drag icon to the left of the question text and drag it to the desired location.
