Adding Approval Routing Conditions

Overview

Approval routing conditions enhance workflow efficiency by automating and streamlining the approval process — reducing manual effort and ensuring that the appropriate approvers are auto-assigned in accordance with organizational policies and identified compliance risks once a routing condition is met.

Adding an Approval Routing Condition

After a question has been added to a section, follow these steps to add an approval routing condition.

Click the context menu button (1), and then select Add Approval Routing (2).

In the Approval Routing Condition modal, complete the following.

Set a condition.
To add more conditions, click Add Another Condition.
Click Next or go to the Details tab, and then select the assessment approvers and labels to be applied when the conditions are met.

Click Add Condition.
