Features:
- Bulk Update of Data Subject Requests. IRM now allows admins and assignees of the DSRs to select multiple requests and do certain operations on all those requests at once. Currently adding & removing request assignees and labels are supported as bulk operations.
- Automatically Extend Due Date. IRM now supports the feature to automatically extend the due date on a DSR when request becomes due. By default, this feature is turned off. Admins can turn this feature on for any Jurisdiction, Request Type and DS Type combination.
- Show Email Templates for All Languages while Processing a DSR. IRM now displays all the email template matches while processing a request, irrespective of the language in which the request was submitted. Matches are ordered, and the current behavior of showing the best match on top of the list is still supported.
- New Default Request Types. For the purposes of CPRA, default Request Type options ‘Right to correction’, ‘Right to Information’, and ‘Opt-in to the sale of sensitive information’ are supported by default.
