Anonymize Data Subject Request Details
Description: This feature allows admins to set a period to anonymize DSR details.
To set the Anonymization rule, the user must select “Anonymization” as event field value. Automatically the action field value will be set to “Upon closing”. Users can also specify if the user would like to hide all Data Subject Request details except email or hide all Data Subject Request details. Secondly, the user can also set if the related components of the request will be deleted upon anonymization or retained. Lastly, the user must set a date when the anonymization will start by selecting a value in the period dropdown or setting a custom date.
