Features:
- Email Template Spacing Formatting. This feature allows IRM customers to have single spacing for a new line character. Spacing will still be doubled for new line characters after the use of
</p>. In this case, admins can use “Shift + Enter” after</p>for single spacing for new line characters.
- Character Limit for Single Line Text Form Field. This enhancement allows the user to set the minimum or maximum number of character input for a single line text input field. The minimum will start from 0 and maximum will be up to 500. Less than the minimum and beyond the maximum will display an error message.
- Text and Number only validation Support for Single Line Text. On top of the existing “None and HTML Links” field format options, this improvement allows the user to set Text or Numbers only as allowed input value to a single line text form field.
- Support Last Name Macro. This improvement allows users to use the “Last Name” Macro on all email templates. The last name macro will return the Data Subject Last name if present.
- Date Closed Filter in the Main Request Page. This improvement allows the user to search by “Date Closed” filter on the main request page.
- Ability to point IRM US instance to Hub EU instance and vice versa. This feature allows the user to switch between Data Inventory Hub EU and US Instances when using IRM to the Hub Integration. Switching to a different instance will require the user to provide Client ID and Client Secret credentials, which can be obtained by contacting our support team.
- IRM to CPM integration. Individual Rights Manager now supports integration to TrustArc Consent and Preference Manager (CPM) where Data Subject Request Details can be pushed in real-time to CPM as consents.
