Features:
- GPC Detection. Global Privacy Control (GPC) is a browser setting that allows consumers to let the websites they visit of their privacy preferences such as not to share or sell personal data without their consent. Customers of Individual Rights Manager can now detect GPC by embedding a javascript on their website. When GPC is detected, a Banner is displayed providing an opportunity for the consumer to submit an opt-out request and propagate their GPC to customer’s systems. This GPC script allows the customization of text & language displayed, geographical locations where GPC is to be detected, GPC actions when financial incentives are involved etc.
- Remove Email template header name in outgoing Data Subject emails. This is an improvement to the emails sent to Data Subjects where template names are removed from the email body.
- Record reCaptcha score in DB. This is an improvement to record Google reCaptcha score for each request submitted. Currently, this is not accessible to our customers. To request a report, the customer must send a request from the TrustArc Support team.
- New downloadable DNS Seal. A new seal called “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” has been added to the Publish tab of the intake form. This is to support CPRA.
- DS Details Macro in Request Clarification Email Templates. Data Subject Details Macro is now available in Request Clarification Templates.

GPC Detection
Description: Global Privacy Control (GPC) is a browser setting that notifies websites of a user's privacy preferences, such as not to share or sell personal data without their consent, by sending a signal to each website a user visits. When detected, a GPC Banner will be displayed asking for the user's consents to proceed or not with his preference submission.
