Features:

RAPID API - This new feature allows you to leverage the functionality and data provided by the API within your own application, system, or service. It enables you to connect and interact with external services, access remote data, and automate processes by making REST HTTP requests. Many different use cases can be supported using this feature:

1. Data can be brought over from customers’ systems and attached as a CSV file to the DSR.

2. Data can be deleted from the customers’ systems in case of ‘Delete My Data’ DSRs.

3. Data can be updated in the customers’. Use cases can be updating opt-out flags when Opt-Out DSRs are submitted.

4. Data provided in the DSR by the Data Subject can be verified against the data stored in customers’ systems.

5. Create a workflow ticket in customers’ third party systems to track the work to be done for DSRs.
External API to Update Request Assignees - This REST API allows you to update the assignees on a DSR.
Request Type Display Name - The main request page and reporting now contains a “Request Type Display Name" column. This shows the display name of the Request Type.
