New Portuguese (Brazil) Language Option in IRM Form
Benefits
This enhancement adds Portuguese (Brazil) in the IRM Form.
Details
Portuguese (Brazil) is added as a language option to all the features in the application where language is used, including the following:
- Intake Form Details tab
- Language Mapping which supports translations
- Translation to the English defaults is also added, so that users do not need to manually add them when creating an intake form and translation is enabled.
- Translation will get the closest locale which is Portuguese.
- Email Templates
- Landing Pages
- All dropdown and filter options
Performance Improvements in Language Settings Tab of Intake Form Editor
Benefits
Users need the ability to access the language settings and to scroll to view the other rows and columns without performance issues.

Performance improvements have been made to the Language Settings tab to provide a better user experience.
Ability to Enable or Disable Adding System Labels on DSRs
Benefits
Users need the ability to enable or disable system labels.
Details
A new Enable System Labels checkbox is added to the Miscellaneous tab of the Settings page. This feature provides users the ability to enable or disable the system labels added to the requests. By default, the checkbox is enabled for all existing users. If users deselect the checkbox, then system labels are not added.
Ability to Reopen Soft Deleted Requests
Benefits
This enhancement provides users the ability to reopen deleted requests.
Details
A new Reopen button is added to requests with Deleted status. When users reopen deleted requests, they can re-execute the task template condition, if applicable, so that tasks are re-created.
In the Reopen Deleted Request modal, users can select whether to start a new due date, then set the Due In, or continue with the request’s old due date.
When users delete and reopen a request, the system reverts the status to In Progress (1), adds a Reopened label in the request (2) and shows them in the Activity Log tab (3).
Ability to Delete Custom Landing Pages and Email Templates
Benefits
This enhancement enables users to delete landing page and email templates even when they are in use.
Details
Users can now delete landing pages and email templates even when in use. When users delete custom landing pages and email templates associated with intake forms, the system automatically reverts to the TrustArc default templates.
