Executive Summary

Features:

  • CPO Role Enhancement - A user with a CPO role can now be assigned to requests and they would be able to accept or reject requests and perform other request operations similar to an admin user.
  • Participants Role Enhancement - A user with participants role will not be able to see a request even if they are assigned to task and subtasks. They will also not be able to see any tasks except the task they are assigned to. They will not be able to see any subtasks except the one they are assigned to. A participant user can see the subtasks of the parent task if they are assigned to the parent task.
  • Email Template Improvement - The email template content has been updated to use notifications@trustarc.com or notifications@subdomain.trustarc.com as custom from email address when irm-reply feature is enabled for the email template.
  • Conditional Task Template Improvement - Using “Request Status” condition in Conditional Task Templates, Admins can now set Tasks to be created when Request is created (“Unverified” status) or when Request goes to “In Progress”.

Release Description

CPO Role Enhancement

The user with CPO role can now be assigned as request assignee and
be able to accept or reject a request and other request operations similar to admin.

Participants Role Enhancement

The user with participants role will not be able to see request if
they are only task and subtask assignee, they cannot also see the other subtask of the parent task if they are only assigned to a subtask, however, participant user can see the subtask of the parent task if they are assigned to the parent task.

Email Template Improvement

The email template content has been updated to use
notifications@trustarc.com or notifications@subdomain.trustarc.com as custom from email address when irm-reply is enabled for the email template.

Conditional Task Template Improvement

A condition option that allows users to choose from a request status, either “Unverified" or "In Progress,” has been added in the Conditional Task Template.
