Updated My Tasks Table and New Filters for Searching Tasks - Users now have more search filters and table column options to work with. Under the search criteria option, IRM now also supports Task Name and Sub Task Name. For filter options, IRM now also supports Task Due Date, Request Due In, Task Created On, Task Completed On, and Assignee (Internal and External). New Task Created On, Task Completed On, Request Due In, Task Due Date, DS Name, and DS Email columns are displayed for the tasks and subtasks in the My Tasks page.
Bulk Delete of Request - This feature allows the user to delete requests in bulk.
Allow Participants to Download My Task - This improvement allows participants to download the information shown in the My Tasks page into a CSV report. This was previously only available for Admins and DPO users.
New JIRA Integration Mapping Attributes - This improvement provides the user more mapping options in IRM to JIRA integration. For Requests, IRM now supports the Users option, where it provides the list of users available for the account. For Tasks, IRM supports Users and Task Metadata, where users can map task priority status, description, resolution, created date, completed date, due date, task name, description, and IT System.
