Feature Enhancements

New Reporting Functionality

  • Description: This feature provides Hub admin users with the ability to create custom data subject types. Users can manage and configure their data subject drop-down lists within the Hub by hiding, deleting and/or creating new data subjects.
  • Location: Navigate to the Settings section, and then select Data Subjects from the left navigation menu. 
  • Benefit: This feature gives users the capability to align the Hub’s data subjects with their business organization’s needs.
  • How this looks to a user:
  1. Click Settings in the top navigation bar.
  2. Click Data Subjects from the left navigation bar.
  3. Select the plus (+) icon to create a new category or data subject.
  4. Click the garbage or eye icon to delete or hide a TrustArc category or data subject.
  5. *Configured settings will persist to all data subject drop-down lists within the Hub.


Click Settings, and then click Data Subjects.
