Feature Enhancements
Additional Business Process Record Filters
- Description: Additional filters have been added to the business process record filter functionality, making it quicker and easier to find specific business processes.
- Location: Business Processes tab
- How this looks to a user:
1. Click Business Processes in the top navigation bar.
2. Click the filter icon, and then click More Filters.
Tag Enhancements
- Description: Users will be able to add additional nested tags to tag groups. Users will then be able to add these additional tags to business process and data inventory records.
- Location: Tag group and nested tag configuration is configured through AAA.
- How this looks to a user:
1. From the top right corner of the page, click the ellipsis icon (1), and then select Admin (2).
Note: Only users with admin privileges will have access to the Admin application.
2. From the left navigation bar, click Tags.
3. Click Add New to create a tag group or to add additional nested tags within an existing tag group, click the Expand icon (3), and then select Add new tag.
4. Continue to add nested tags by following this sequence.
5. Activate your tag group and nested tags by clicking Associations from the left navigation bar.
6. From the Associations page, click New Association to associate the tag group to the Hub application.
7. A pop-up modal will appear. In the top box, search and select Data Inventory Hub.
8. Select the record type from the ‘Entity’ drop-down menu in which you would like the tag group and nested tag drop-down menu to appear on. For example, Business Process Record, System Record or Third Party Record.
9. Select Associate and navigate to the record type that was selected from within the ‘Entity’ drop-down.
- The tag drop-down is listed on step 1 of the business process record and on the Tag tab of System, Company Affiliate, Third Party and Primary Company Entity records.
