Redesign & consolidation of steps 1 and 2 of the business process record
- Description: Steps 1 and 2 of the business process record have been redesigned and consolidated into 1 step. Users must have the new Hub layout enabled for their account in order to see the updated design. If you cannot see the updated design, contact your client services representative.
- Location: Step 1 of the business process record
- Benefit: Simplified, streamlined approach to setting up a business process record

Centralization of share, tag, notes, attachments and status icons
- Description: The share, tags, notes, attachments and status icons have been centralized within the top navigation of the business process record.
- Location: All steps of the business process
- Benefit: The centralization of this functionality will allow users to utilize this functionality on any step of the business process.

Ability to add multiple owning organizations and owners to a business process record
- Description: Once the new Hub design is enabled (contact client services if it has not been enabled for your account), users will be able to add up to 10 owning organizations and owners to a business process record.
- Location: Step 1 of the business process record
- Benefit: Ability to include multiple owning organizations and owners in the Article 30 and Business Process Summary reports.
