Data Mapping & Risk Manager Release - December 17, 2020

In this release:

Key Features and Enhancements

  • Users will be able to enter a revalidation date for each business process record. The date indicates that the user need to validate that the information within the business process record is still accurate.
  • When users navigate to the Data Flow step, the systems which they added under the “Added” section on the System Selection step will be organized in the left column in numerical/alphabetical order from ascending to descending order on the Data Flow page.

Ability to add a revalidation date for each business process record

  • Description: Users can add a revalidation date for each business process record. After setting the revalidation date, users can then specify the following.
    • Revalidation recurrence schedule
    • Revalidation notification type
    • Revalidation notification timing
  • Locations:
    • All Business Processes page using the in-line editing under the Revalidation Date column
    • Within the business process record using the Revalidation icon in the top-right corner of any record page
  • How will this look to a user: (see images below where the setting can be accessed)

From the All Business Processes page

Note: If the Revalidation Date column is not available, then you may need to reconfigure the columns. For more information, see Configuring the columns in the All Business Processes page.

From within the business process record

After clicking the Edit icon under the Revalidation Date column or the Revalidation icon in the top-right corner of the business process record page, this popup modal will appear:

In the popup modal, you can also add comments and revalidation contacts.

Enhanced Data Flow step

Description: When a user navigates to the Build Data Flow step, the systems which the user added under the “Added” section on the System Selection step are organized in the left column in numerical/alphabetical order from ascending to descending order on the Data Flow page.

Location: Business Process record > Build Data Flow step

Notes:

  • The Send Data To System tab is displayed in the right section of the screen.
  • If user had configured the system on the System Selection step, those configurations should persist to the Send Data to System and Received Data From System tabs.
