In this release:
Key Features and Enhancements
- Users will have the option to add the Data Flow Chart and/or Map to the Article 30 and Business Process Summary reports.
- Users can add Data Retention Period to the System record.
- Users can add in-app alert reminders for business process revalidation due dates.
- Users can add multiple contacts to the System record.
Ability to include data flow chart and/or map when generating reports
- Description: Users will have the option to add the Data Flow Chart and/or Map to the Article 30 and Business Process Summary reports.
- Location: Navigate to the All Business Processes page and select one or multiple business process records. Select the download icon at the top of the page and either Article 30 or Business Process summary.
- How will this look to a user: (see images below)
1. Navigate to the All Business Processes page, and then select a business process record(s).

2. In the top-right corner of the page, click the Download icon and then select either Article 30 Report or Business Process Summary Report.

3. Select Data Flow Chart or Global Map or both, and then click Run Report.

4. Once the reports finish downloading, open the report and scroll to the last two pages to view the Data Flow Chart and/or Data Flow Map.

Ability to add a data retention period to System records
Description: Users can now add Data Retention Period to System Records.
Location: Data Inventory page > System record > Details tab > Retention Period
How this will look to the user: (see images below)
1. Navigate to the Data Inventory page, and then open a System record.
2. In the Details tab, navigate to the Retention Period section and add a period of time (a retention period) in which the system will store the data retained by the system.

You can also navigate to the Data Inventory All Records page and filter the System records by retention period.

Ability to be alerted when it is time to revalidate a business process record
Description: Users will now have the option to be alerted in-app when it is time to revalidate a business process record.
Location: Navigate to the All Business Processes page and open a business process record. Click the Revalidation icon at the top of the record and select an alert type.
How this will look to the user: (see images below)
1. Navigate to the All Business Processes page, and then open a business process record.
2. In the top-right corner of the page, click the Revalidation icon.

3. Select In-app alert so you will be alerted in-app when it is time to revalidate a business process record.

Ability to add multiple contacts to the System record
Description: Users can add multiple contacts to the System record.
Location: Data Inventory page > System record
How this will look to the user: (see images below)
1. Navigate to the Data Inventory page, and then open a System record.
2. In the Details tab, navigate to the section labeled “Contact” and then click Create New Contact.

3. After adding a new contact, you can ddd another contact by clicking Add New Contact.
