- Customized Fields for Business Process Records. Admins can add up to 10 customized fields to a custom page on the Business Process Record.
Ability to add customized fields for business process records
Description: The Data Inventory Hub now offers admins the ability to to add up to 10 customized fields to a custom page on the Business Process Record, furthermore, users have the ability to add custom questions and answer fields to Business Process Summary Report(s).
Access permissions: Admins can create and add questions to customized pages. Users will be able to answer custom questions that have been added to enabled customized pages.
1. From the left side of the page, hover the mouse over the Data Inventory Hub icon, and then navigate to Settings > BP Templates.

2. Click the template name or the Edit icon under the Actions column.

3. Rename the business process template (1), enter a description (2), and then click Next (3).

4. Under “Setup”, add a custom page name.

The name that is entered into Custom Page Name field will be the title of the custom page on any business processes that use this particular template type.
5. Drag and drop the question field types from the column labeled “Choose Field Types” onto the main screen.

6. Customize the question, description, and response fields by clicking the Edit icon on the question field box.

You can click the drag-and-drop icon in the question field to drag and drop the question field to a different location or position on the page.

8. Click Next or navigate to the Linked Business Processes tab.
- To enable the custom page for specific or all business process records, toggle the Enable Custom Questions Page (4) on. If this toggle is disabled, the page will not display within any business process records.

- To disable the custom page for specific business processes, un-check the “Enabled” box (5) next to the business process record name.
9. Click Finish once your changes are made. You can view the custom page by navigating to the Business Process All Records Page and opening a record that is associated with the template that includes the customized page and question fields.

10. You can add the Custom Question and Answer fields to the Business Process Summary Report(s) by clicking the ellipsis menu to the right of the Business Process Record and selecting Business Process Summary Report. A pop-up modal will appear allowing the user to add the Custom Question and Answer fields to the report.
