In this release:
Key Features and Enhancements
Custom Data Recipients
Description:
Admins will have the ability to customize and configure their Data Recipient content standard list by creating new, hiding or deleting Data Recipients.
Feature Location:
1. From the left side of the page, hover the mouse over the Data Inventory Hub icon, and then navigate to Settings > Data Recipients.

Note: Users with Admin access permissions will have edit access, while users with User access will have read-only access permissions.
2. To create a new Data Recipient type or category, click Add New in the top-right corner of the page.

3. Add the Data Recipient Name and Category, and then set Visibility to either Seen or Hidden.

Notes:
- If a Data Recipient is “Hidden”, it will not appear in the Data Recipient drop-down list which is located on the “Receives Data From” tab within a System record on the Data Flow page.
- Once a custom Data Recipient is created, it will be added to the Data Recipient list page and tagged with a custom marker. At this point, users can use the hide, unlink, edit or delete icon under the Actions column to further configure their Custom Recipient list.

- Users can only delete Custom Recipients if the Linked Records column shows “0” linked records, meaning the Custom Recipient is not being used in any Business Process Record. If the Data Recipient is used in any Business Process Records, the user needs to click the Link icon under the actions column and remove it from the Business Process Records that are listed in the pop-up modal. Once it’s removed, the user will have the ability to hide the Data Recipient or if it’s a custom Data Recipient, it can be hidden or deleted.
