Ability to create a Business Process Record Template
Description:
Admins can create variations of the simplified or legacy business process record template. This gives admins the ability to create a template with specific custom questions that are needed to gather the necessary business process record information from an entity, internal team, department or unit.
Additionally, admins can tag users or user groups to templates. Users and user groups that are tagged to a template will be prompted to use the template they are tagged to when creating a Business Process Record.
If a user is tagged to multiple templates, they will have the option to select which template they would like to use when creating a Business Process Record.
1. From the left side of the page, hover the mouse over the Data Inventory Hub icon, and then navigate to Settings > BP Templates.

2. Click Add New.

3. On the Details tab, click the Tag icon in the upper-right corner of the page to tag the template with either list, user or user group tags.

4. Complete the details outlined within the three tabs of the template and then click Finish to create the template. Once created, the template will be added to the Business Process Record Template List page.

Ability to clone or delete a Business Process Record Template
Description: Once you create a template, you can clone the template by clicking the clone icon on the Business Process Record Templates list page. Once you clone a template you can make modifications to it, such as modifying a custom question, description, access permissions or other tag types.
Users can delete a template by clicking the garbage icon. If existing business processes were created using that template, the business processes need to first be deleted before the template can be deleted.
1. From the left side of the page, hover the mouse over the Data Inventory Hub icon, and then navigate to Settings > BP Templates.

2. The Clone and Delete icons are listed under the Action column.
Clicking the Clone icon allows the user to essentially duplicate the original template and if needed make modifications to it, such as changing a custom question or response option.
Users can delete a template by clicking the Delete icon. If existing business processes were created using that template, the business processes need to first be deleted before the template can be deleted.

Help Widget
Description: A Help Widget has been added to the top-right corner of all Hub pages, giving users the ability to quickly search for help articles and videos. Users are also able to submit a support ticket if they need additional help from the customer service team.
