Feature Details
New Data Recipient Category “International Organizations”
Users can now mark when data is transferred to an International Organization using the Data Recipient field in a Business Process Record.
Viewing and Customizing the Data Recipients List
View available International Organizations available under Data Recipients within the Hub Settings. Custom International Organizations can also be added here.

Adding to the Business Process
Business Process Record using Template Type 1 or Type 2
In Build Data Flow, after you select the system, click on the Recipients Data From [System Name] tab.
You can select the International Organizations where data is being transferred to:

Business Process Record using Template Type 3
A Business Process record created from the Template of Type 3 allows for a more simplified process excluding System Selection or Build Data Flow.
Here you can add the International Organizations under the Data Recipients section:

Article 30 Processor Report
Users can now download an Article 30 Processor Report.
This is a limited report that excludes Data Subjects, Data Types, and Retention Period fields. The report is beneficial to Processors who do not want to disclose more information than necessary.
Users can download the report on the Business Process List Page:
