Feature Details
Notes & Attachments icon has changed
- The “Notes & Attachments” icon has been removed.
- Notes and Attachments have been moved to their own action icons within a business process.
- There are now three separate action icons at the top of a business process for Comments, Notes, and Attachments.
Accessing the Attachments icon
1. Navigate to the All Business Processes page, and then click Add New > New Business Process.

2. In the top-right corner of the page, click the Attachments icon, and then attach a file.

NOTES:
- The number next to the icon represents how many files are attached.
- You can leave a note about each file.
Accessing the Notes icon
1. Navigate to the All Business Processes page, and then click Add New > New Business Process.

2. In the top-right corner of the page, click the Notes icon, and then add a note to the business process record.

3. Click Save.
Note: Only enter notes that are related to the Business Process record.

New Comments/Mentions Capability
- The new Comments/Mentions feature provides users with the ability to collaborate on filling out a Business process record.
- One can add comments and mention others to engage in a discussion on that business process.
- A responding user can leave a reply on the comment, or reply directly from their email application.
1. Navigate to the All Business Processes page, and then click Add New > New Business Process.

2. In the top-right corner of the page, click the Comments icon, and then type your comment.

Note: You can use the @ character to mention someone and they will be notified of the comment. The mentioned user will receive an email with the comment details.
3. Click Add Comment.

Reply action
Once the comment is added, you can hover over the comment and you will see three action icons. These can be used to Reply, Edit, or Delete the comment.

When you click on the Reply icon, a reply thread will appear where you can respond like below:

Styling and uploading files on a comment using the Rich Text Editor
- Using the action icons at the top of the editor, one can add styling to the comment.
- One can also upload files to the comment.
